Our Story, Our Sazón
Ayala's Grill & Bar isn't a chain, it isn't a concept, and it definitely isn't quiet. We're a family-run Mexican kitchen on Rhea County Highway, where the salsa is made fresh, the fajitas come out still popping, and the cheese dip - well, the cheese dip is why people keep coming back.
Every plate is built around the kind of flavors you remember: charred peppers and onions, slow-grilled chicken and steak, rice with corn and peas, warm tortillas, and just enough heat to make you smile.
